White Door Photography – Property & Product Photography Services
Effective Date: January 1st 2019.

These Terms and Conditions (β€œTerms”) apply to all services provided by White Door Photography (β€œwe”, β€œour”, β€œus”) to you (β€œclient”, β€œyou”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide property photography services, including but not limited to photography, editing, and delivery of images.

  • Specific deliverables, deadlines, and requirements will be outlined in the booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once we receive written confirmation from you and any required deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment is due by [insert timeframe, e.g. 7 days] from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery of images until payment is received in full.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least [insert timeframe, e.g. 48 hours] before the scheduled shoot to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • In cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • All photographs remain the copyright of [Your Business Name].

  • Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property.

  • Images may not be sold, transferred, or used for purposes outside the agreed scope without our prior written consent.

  • We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • The property must be prepared, clean, and ready to photograph at the scheduled time.

  • We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by the property not being ready.

6. Liability

  • While we take care to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, technical failure, restricted access).

  • Our liability in connection with services is limited to the total fees paid by you.

7. Privacy and Data

  • We collect and store your personal information only as necessary to provide our services and in compliance with Australian privacy laws.

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or with your consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
